We have an unconditional guarantee for defective or damaged merchandise, as long as your claim is received by us within 30 days of your receipt of your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make that result in the shipment of incorrect merchandise to you will also be accepted and corrected for return 30 days from the date of your receipt of your order.
